## Summary

Added drag-and-drop team column reordering to both the Season Roster Builder and Tournament Roster Builder. Admins can now drag a grip handle (⋮⋮) on team headers to reorder team columns within the grid. Order persists via the Team entity `weight` field. All existing player drag behaviors (regular move, Shift+merge-to-group, Option/Alt+create-group) are fully preserved through event isolation.
